Since Captain Mama’s programs are educational and awareness-based, not academic or graded, this policy ensures that all participants engage responsibly and respectfully in the learning experience.
3. Expected Participant Conduct
Participate actively and respectfully in all sessions and exercises. * Treat trainers and fellow participants with courtesy during live sessions or online discussions. * Do not copy, reproduce, or share workshop materials without prior permission. * Complete exercises and reflections for personal growth, not for competition or grades. * Maintain confidentiality regarding examples or stories shared during workshops.
4. Workshop Completion and Certificate of Attendance
Captain Mama programs have no pass/fail grades or exams. However, to receive a Certificate of Attendance, participants must: * Attend or complete all workshop modules. * Finish all assigned exercises or interactive activities. * Submit the end-of-workshop evaluation form. Certificates are automatically issued once these requirements are fulfilled.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Use
All materials provided by Captain Mama — including text, videos, visuals, and exercises — are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, modified, or redistributed for commercial or training purposes without written consent. Personal sharing for family or awareness purposes is permitted with proper acknowledgment.
6. Handling Misconduct or Misuse
If inappropriate behavior or misuse of the system or content is identified, the platform may take the following actions: * Send a written or verbal warning. * Temporarily suspend the user account in case of repeated misconduct. * Revoke access to the workshop or withhold the certificate if misuse is confirmed.
7. Participant Commitment
By joining any Captain Mama workshop or e-learning program, the participant agrees to the following statement: “I understand that my participation in Captain Mama’s programs is for learning and awareness purposes. I commit to honesty, respect, and active engagement. I understand that my Certificate of Attendance is linked to completing the workshop content and its activities.”
