Purpose

This document outlines the procedures followed by Captain Mama Platform to verify participant identity and prevent account sharing in e-learning programs. Each paid workshop is licensed for individual use only, and access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

1. Registration and Identity Verification

All participants must register using their full legal name, which will appear on their Certificate of Attendance.

  • Email or mobile verification is required via an OTP code before account activation.
  • Each participant is provided with a personal, private account that must not be shared.
  • The platform tracks login activity and device usage to maintain account security.

2. Account Usage Policy

The account is for personal use only by the individual who paid or registered. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing the account with another person (including family members).
  • Logging in simultaneously from multiple devices.
  • Copying or redistributing any workshop materials.
  • If multiple users are detected under one account, the account may be suspended or the certificate withheld pending review.

3. Technical Monitoring

The system automatically records login times, IP addresses, and device types.

  • In case of abnormal activity (e.g., simultaneous logins from different locations), the participant will be contacted for verification.
  • Proven account sharing may result in temporary suspension until the issue is resolved according to platform policy.

4. Privacy and Intellectual Property

All Captain Mama content (videos, guides, visuals, exercises) is copyright protected.

  • Reuse, reproduction, or redistribution for commercial or group training purposes is not allowed.
  • Materials are licensed only for the personal educational use of the registered participant.

5. Participant Declaration
