Electronic Attendance Policy
Captain Mama Training & Health Awareness Platform
1. Introduction
Captain Mama is committed to delivering interactive, engaging, and effective online learning experiences in health and safety education. Online participation through the learning platform is considered equivalent to traditional classroom attendance for all awareness and training programs.
2. Equivalence of Electronic Attendance
* Attending online sessions or completing interactive lessons is officially recognized as full attendance.
* Attendance is recorded through:
* Logging into live sessions or workshops at the scheduled time.
* Completing recorded content, activities, and assignments.
* Submitting the final feedback or evaluation form.
3. Minimum Attendance Requirement
* To receive a Certificate of Attendance, participants must complete at least:
* 80% of the total course or workshop content. * This includes viewing lessons, finishing exercises, and submitting the final evaluation.
* Certificates are automatically issued only when this threshold is achieved.
4. Actions for Non-Compliance
* If a participant does not meet the 80% minimum attendance requirement:
* The Certificate of Attendance will not be issued. * The participant may re-enroll in the same workshop later to complete the remaining activities.
* For long-term programs, automated email or SMS reminders are sent to encourage completion.
5. Participant Responsibilities
* Attend sessions using their personal registered account only.
* Join live sessions or complete activities on time.
* Actively participate in exercises and interactive elements.
* Complete the end-of-course evaluation form.
6. Platform Responsibilities
* Record attendance accurately through the Learning Management System (LMS).
* Provide transparent reports showing each participant’s completion percentage.
* Send automated reminders for incomplete content.
* Issue certificates only upon meeting attendance criteria.
