Hello friends!
Welcome to the Little First Aid Workshop! Are you ready to become safety heroes? In this course, we will teach you how to help others during emergencies and be ready to act in tough situations. We will do fun things together, such as:

Learning how to treat minor wounds: like bruises and scrapes.
How to act when something unexpected happens: like a fall or if a friend gets hurt.
How to call for help: even if an adult is the one who needs assistance.

You will learn many useful skills and become friends of safety! Remember, every one of you can be a hero in your daily life. Let’s start this journey together and enjoy learning!

Captain Mama’s “Little First Aider” Online Course is specially designed for children aged 6–12, giving them the confidence and skills to respond effectively in emergencies. Through interactive modules and engaging activities, kids will learn how to handle minor injuries, manage urgent situations, and provide immediate care until professional help arrives.

  Introduction to Little First Aider Course
Nose bleeding station
In this section, children will learn how to handle a nosebleed safely and simply, including how to sit correctly, pinch the nose, and when to ask an adult for help.

Bleeding station
Children will learn how to stop simple bleeding using pressure and bandages, while also understanding the difference between small cuts and those needing urgent medical help.

Asthma station
This section explains what asthma is, how to recognize an asthma attack, and what children can do to help a friend who is struggling to breathe until an adult arrives.

Choking station
Children will practice what to do if someone is choking, including encouraging them to cough and calling for adult help right away.

Burns station
This section teaches children how to care for minor burns, such as cooling the area with running water and avoiding home remedies, as well as knowing when medical care is needed.

Fractures station
Children will learn the signs of a fracture and how to help by keeping the injured limb still while waiting for medical help.

Poisoning station
This section helps children understand what poisoning means, the dangers of swallowing unsafe substances, and how to act quickly by telling an adult or calling emergency services.

Unconscious but Breathing station
Children will learn how to place someone who is unconscious but still breathing into the recovery position and when to call for urgent medical help.

إيمان عثمان

أ/ إيمان عثمان، ماجستير تمريض، ممرضة مسجلة، مديرة تمريض معتمدة (NE-BC)

تُعد الأستاذة إيمان عثمان أخصائية رعاية صحية مرموقة، تمتلك خبرة تزيد عن 20 عاماً في المملكة العربية السعودية، كرّستها لتطوير ممارسات التمريض، والتعليم الصحي، وصحة المجتمع.

مديرة تمريض معتمدة من مركز اعتماد الممرضين الأمريكي (ANCC).

ماجستير في تعليم التمريض / أخصائية تمريض إكلينيكي.

ممرضة مسجلة مرخصة من ولاية واشنطن، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

أكثر من 20 عاماً من الخبرة كمثقفة للمرضى، ومعلمة تمريض، وقائدة في مجال الرعاية الصحية.

وقد حظيت قيادة إيمان بتقدير واسع النطاق:

رُشحت من قبل مؤسسة مسك الخيرية ضمن أفضل 100 قائد في المملكة العربية السعودية – منطقة مكة المكرمة (2017).

رُشحت كقائدة للاستقلالية في ممارسة التمريض ضمن الحملة الوطنية لتطوير ممارسة التمريض في المملكة العربية السعودية.

وبعيداً عن إنجازاتها المهنية، تولي إيمان شغفاً عميقاً لتمكين الأمهات والأطفال من خلال التوعية الصحية والوقائية. وتتمثل رؤيتها في بناء مجتمعات أقوى وأكثر أماناً من خلال تزويد الأسر بالمعرفة والمهارات التي تحدث فرقاً حقيقياً في حياتهم.
